Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp cold butter
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until blended and crumbly. Add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture forms into dough. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about half an hour.
Place the ball of dough on a floured surface and roll out with a rolling pin until it's about 1/8 inch thick. Cut dough into squares about 1 inch x 1 inch. Poke a hole in the center of each cracker with a skewer. Sprinkle with extra salt on top.
Place crackers on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
