- 2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add buttermilk, milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix to combine.
On a medium heat pan, dish batter into 5 inch circles (about 1/4 cup each). Cook about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
